Step 1: Create a Free Online Partner Account
This will give you immediate access to customizable marketing, training and sales material 24 hours a day via a username and password.
Additionally, this will give you a unique Zane Affiliate ID and Referral Code that will allow you to submit referrals to Zane Benefits. All referrals are tracked using your Affiliate ID and Referral Code to ensure you get credit for the referral. Zane Benefits will not contact your client without your permission.
After you create your account, you will be prompted to complete a short survey about your business. Please answer these questions honestly. Your answers to these questions will help us match you with the correct New Business Manager.
Step 2: Complete the Zane Benefits Product Training
After you submit the online partner survey, you will get immediate access to the on-demand Zane Benefits product training sessions. The training sessions will teach you the basics of HRAs and Defined Contribution, and allow you to view online product demos. There is even a special training session on finding and qualifying prospects.
Step 3: Download Customizable Marketing Brochures
Once you complete training, you will unlock fully customizable marketing and sales brochures. Access these brochures through your online account 24/7.
Step 4: Setup Your ZaneHRA and GroupHRA Sales Sites
Setup your free sales websites for ZaneHRA and GroupHRA online. Click the links for examples. All form submissions on these websites are tracked via your referral code and count as referrals!
Step 5: Sales Assistance and Referral Process
When you have an employer interested in a Zane solution, please submit a referral form at www.zanebenefits.com/refer. We will help you with any step of the sales process (e.g. an introductory call, demo or setup). All referrals are tracked using your Affiliate ID and Referral Code to ensure you get credit for the referral. Zane Benefits will not contact your client without your permission.
