With ZaneHRA you decide how much money you are willing to spend per employee each month (this is called the “ZaneHRA allowance”). Ask your insurance broker
We can send an email to your insurance agent or anyone else that you want to consult. We will include information about ZaneHRA and explain how they can work with you and your employees to make this process as easy as possible.

You can create a ZaneHRA account entirely online and have your benefits plan up and running in 20 minutes or less.
Set up your ZaneHRA online in 20 minutes or less

Step 1: Set up your plan
You can easily set up your ZaneHRA plan online. We ask a few simple questions about your company and you choose the amount of money you want to offer your employees. There is no underwriting or approval process.

Step 2: Enter employee information
Give us the names and contact information for the employees at your company. We will email them welcome kits explainingtheir new benefits.

Step 3: Send a file to your payroll company
When your company processes payroll, you will log into your ZaneHRA account and download a file to send to your payroll company.



In 2007, our group plan was costing the company $846,000 a year for our 112 employees. We decided to drop our group plan and start offering ZaneHRA to our employees. This dramatically cut our expenses and allowed most of our employees to purchase individual health insurance for less than our monthly contribution of $100 to $200.
