Set up your ZaneHRA online in 20 minutes or less
Step 1: Set up your plan
You can easily set up your ZaneHRA plan online. We ask a few simple questions about your
company and you choose the amount of money you want to offer your employees. There is no underwriting or
approval process.
Step 2: Enter employee information
Give us the names and contact information for the employees at your company. We will email
them welcome kits explainingtheir new benefits.
Step 3: Send a file to your payroll company
When your company processes payroll, you will log into your ZaneHRA account and download a file
to send to your payroll company.
In 2007, our group plan was costing the company $846,000 a year for our 112 employees. We decided
to drop our group plan and start offering ZaneHRA to our employees. This dramatically cut our expenses
