We want to keep our group plan but pay less

GroupHRA allows you to save up to 50% on your current group policy, by raising the annual deductible. Then, you choose a monthly or annual allowance to contribute to the expenses each employee incurs because of their higher deductible. Features include typical net saving of 20%-40% with no reduction in benefits and integration with your payroll system.

We cannot afford to offer health benefits

ZanePOP allows employees to re-direct any amount of their pre-tax salary for health insurance, and receive this amount tax-free on their payroll to pay for an individual or family health policy. Employees typically save 20%-40% on their premium. Features include employer savings of 7.65% in FICA savings with increased employee benefits and integration with your payroll system.

How does it work?

You open a ZaneHRA, GroupHRA, or ZanePOP plan completely online—guided by either your health insurance agent, your carrier, your payroll provider, or a Zane specialist. There is no paperwork--all plan documents are electronic and your employees enroll online.

Employees request reimbursements online or via paper. We process online requests within hours. Employers receive a notification via email each pay period adding employee reimbursements to your payroll tax-free. Direct deposit and check reimbursements are also available.
