Wal-Mart Switches to HRA (Health Reimbursement Account)

In 2011, Wal-Mart will beginning offering its employees a health reimbursement account (HRA).

According to an article by CNN Money, "Wal-Mart is introducing plans that offer Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) to which the company will contribute a maximum of $1,000 to pay for medical expenses before a deductible or coinsurance kicks in."
