In Wisconsin, Milwaukee-area employers have experienced an average 11-13% increase in their employee health care insurance costs this year,according to a survey produced by hctrends.com.  Smaller businesses reported the largest rate increases. 

This year’s cost increases are higher than last year's increases of 8-10%.
