PPACA Rebranded as “Affordable Care Act”

Note: This should not be taken as tax or legal advice.

The Obama Administration has re-branded the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). The administration will now refer to PPACA as the “Affordable Care Act.” 

Because this is what the government and media are now using, this blog will use the phrase “Affordable Care Act” going forward for consistency.
